Centre for Investors has been established in the Prnjavor Municipality in the Department for Local Economic Development and Social Activities following the “One stop service” principle. The aim of the Centre is to provide services to investors free of charge in a simple, efficient and effective manner and assist them in fast implementation of their projects in the Prnjavor Municipality. The role of the Centre is to have the communication with investor from one point thus ensuring the coordination of all municipal functions in order to speed up and facilitate investments. This ensures professional and fast provision of requested information to investors and avoidance of potential mistakes most often appearing if the communication takes place from several points within the municipal administration.
Investors will receive any required information and answers to requests in the shortest possible time, which includes:
- Collecting economic, statistical and legal information for the purposes of investors.
- Identifying proper construction land and/or free production capacities for investment.
- Organising visits of interested investors to potential business partners in the local area.
- Presenting full investment projects of the municipality to interested investors.
- Administrative support and assistance.
- Permanent monitoring of the cases pertaining to registration of a company with competent authorities, monitoring procedures, advice related to relevant legal provisions, collecting documentation, collecting necessary data for investors, coordination of activities in order to identify the best solutions for investors.
- Providing information from the database available to the Centre for Investors.
- Mediating in communication with competent institutions at all levels in activities related to the process of registration of a company and construction, obtaining residence and other permits, obtaining other documents during the investment process.
- Mediating in identifying local business partners (suppliers, clients, etc.).
- Mediating in identifying skilled staff that investors need.
